Möglichkeit 1)

diff -Pdpru Original-Path\ Geänderter-PATH\ > foobar.patch

Dann in spec:

Patch0: foobar.patch

und unter %prep nach %setup

%patch0 -p1 einfügen.

Möglichkeit 2):

-⁠ Make  a copy of the file to patch
cp file file.orig

-⁠ Modify the file
vim/⁠nano/⁠... file

-⁠ Create the patch with diff
diff -⁠u file.orig filetopach  > file.patch

und dann auch in spec einfügen.

Or just let the files be managed by a half-SCM GUILT:
